I earned my master’s degree in law from the University of St. Gallen (MLaw HSG, 1995) and a Master of Advanced Studies in Tax Law from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland (MAS Tax Law SUPSI, 2009). I’m the author of papers and other academic contributions (mainly in international tax law; see my professional website).

As a lawyer and a member of the Swiss Bar Association, I represent and counsel individuals and corporations in business law matters, primarily in civil, tax and bankruptcy disputes. I’ve been doing this for 30 years.

I also have (more than) a fascination with critical and scientific thinking, probability and statistics, all fields of study that I try to apply in my everyday professional (and personal) life.

Riding enduro trails on my MTB and savouring champagne are no less fascinating pursuits.
