I’m a lawyer. I received my Master degree in law (MLaw) from the University of St. Gallen (HSG, 1995) and a Master of advanced studies in Tax law (MAS Tax Law) from the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland (SUPSI, 2009).
I’m author of some papers and other academic contributes (foremost in international tax law).
As a lawyer, I represent and counsel individuals and corporations in business law matters; foremost civil, tax and bankruptcy disputes. I’m doing this from 25 years. I provide my professional services through my law office.
I also have (more than) a fascination with critical and scientific thinking, probability and statistics, all fields of study I try to apply in my everyday professional (and not professional) life.
Riding my Mountain bike and savouring Champagne are not activities of minor commitment for me.
